Four Methods to Create a Secure Password You’ll Actually Remember – http://pulse.me/s/1EhdSZ
Yesterday I attended a JISC training day, Managing Successful Projects in the Education Sector, given by the excellent John Burke, who quoted a very sobering statistic. JISC gives funding to all manner of projects, feasibility studies and so on, and he’s been involved in overseeing many over the years. The statistic?
Forty percent of JISC funded projects fail due to lack of senior management buy-in and influence.
Makes you think, doesn’t it.

This article from Harvard Business review suggests that younger workers need to be able express clearly where they want to go in their future work world, but I’d argue that you need it throughout you working life.
If you can explain clearly and simply where your interests lie and what your ambitions are, you’re in a far better position to be remembered as the ‘face that might fit the task’ whaen new opportunities come up. The original article’s certainly worth a read: Younger Workers Need a Career Narrative – http://pulse.me/s/ixdWw
